The contribution of low-energy particles down to ~200 eV the dose deposited on very near surface materials subject space environment is investigated by means GEANT4 Monte Carlo simulations. dose, parts Global Radiation Earth ENvironment (GREEN) spectra (200 eV-40 keV for electrons, 200 eV-100 protons), compared with calculations performed AE8/AP8.
